2.1 Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over only.

2.2 Professional Services: All massage therapy sessions are provided by practitioners for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only.

2.3 Session Types: We offer various session experiences. All services are detailed on our website and are subject to availability.

2.4 Appointment Only: All sessions are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

3.1 Booking Methods: Sessions may be booked through our website, by telephone (+44 7886 745087), or by email (nistirivibes@gmail.com).

3.2 Confirmation: All bookings require confirmation. We will send a confirmation email detailing your appointment date, time, and service details.

3.3 Payment: Payment for sessions may be made in cash on the day of your appointment, or online in advance via a secure Stripe Payment Link. Online session payments are taken through Stripe's hosted checkout; we never see or store your full card details. Membership subscriptions to the Nistiri Haven are processed separately via secure Stripe Payment Links, with billing managed through the Stripe Customer Portal.

3.4 Pricing: Our sessions are arranged in four families — Upper Body, Lower Body, Holistic and Duo — each offered as a Swift, Classic or Complete session. Upper Body and Lower Body are £25 (Swift, 15 min), £40 (Classic, 30 min) and £55 (Complete, 45 min). Holistic is £50 (Swift, 30 min), £80 (Classic, 60 min) and £110 (Complete, 90 min). Duo, which is delivered by two therapists, is £80 (Classic, 30 min) and £150 (Complete, 60 min). Current prices are always available on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice. The price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies.

3.5 Inclusions: Every session includes your choice of body oil (Sweet Almond, Cocoa or Coconut) and your choice of room ambiance, including scented candles and essential oils, at no extra cost. Where a session is shown as "Powered", massage gun work is included within the session time and price rather than charged separately. There are no paid add-ons — the price of your chosen session is the full price.

4.1 Client Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

4.2 Our Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience.

4.3 Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange alternative times.

5.1 Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate.

5.2 Contraindications: Certain health conditions may contraindicate massage therapy. It is your responsibility to inform us of any such conditions before your session.

5.3 Professional & Therapeutic Only: Nistiri Vibes provides strictly professional, therapeutic massage therapy for relaxation and wellbeing. We do not, under any circumstances, provide any sensual, sexual, or intimate services. This policy is absolute and applies to all guests regardless of gender.

5.4 Inappropriate Requests: Any request for sensual, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate services — whether verbal, gestured, or physical — will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund. Such conduct may also result in a permanent ban from booking future sessions.

5.5 Professional Conduct: All sessions are conducted with the utmost professionalism and respect. We celebrate all bodies, genders, and ethnicities in a safe, welcoming environment.

5.6 Cleanliness: We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All linens are freshly laundered, and facilities are cleaned thoroughly between sessions.

6.1 Loyalty Counting: Registered members accumulate a lifetime total of paid, completed sessions. This total never decreases — free reward sessions do not reduce your count.

6.2 Classic Member Reward: Every 6th paid, completed session entitles Classic members to their next session free (up to 60 minutes).

6.3 Premium Member Reward: Premium members earn a free session (up to 60 minutes) every 4th paid, completed session, plus a 10% discount on all sessions and complimentary body oil selection.

6.4 Birthday Reward: Classic members receive a complimentary birthday gift with Sparking Boosters during their Birthday Week (3 days before to 3 days after their birthday). Premium members receive an upgraded Ultimate birthday gift during the same window.

6.5 Programme Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Nistiri Loyalty programme with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect progress already earned unless legally required.

6.6 Non-Transferable: Loyalty rewards are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

7.1 Eligible Days: A 10% discount is automatically applied to all bookings made on UK Public Bank Holidays, widely observed celebration days (including Valentine's Day, Halloween, Shrove Tuesday, Lunar New Year, and similar), and Nistiri Vibes private special dates (Nistiri Vibes Anniversary — 20 October; Sonnenschein Memorial — 17 August; Black Queen Memorial — 6 March).

7.2 Application: The Bank Holiday discount is applied automatically during checkout when you select an eligible date. No voucher code is required.

7.3 Stacking: The Bank Holiday discount is applied before Club Membership discounts and may be combined with valid voucher codes, subject to each voucher's own terms.

7.4 Exclusions: The Bank Holiday discount does not apply to stamp redemption bookings (free session rewards) or bookings already discounted to £0.

7.5 Changes: We reserve the right to add or remove eligible dates at our discretion with reasonable notice posted on the website.

8.1 Account Creation: Users may create an account to access the Nistiri Loyalty programme, track booking history, and manage preferences.

8.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

8.3 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

9.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9.2 Confidentiality: All personal and health information you provide is treated as strictly confidential.

9.3 Marketing: We may send you promotional communications if you have opted in. You may opt out at any time.

10.1 Website Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nistiri Vibes and is protected by copyright laws.

10.2 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

10.3 Imagery: With the exception of our logo, the images used on our website are placeholders. They are copyright-free and are used as visual representations of our various services and options. They are not necessarily real representations of what we currently use, offer, or do at our premises.

11.1 Service Disclaimer: Our massage therapy services are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice.

11.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11.3 Insurance: We maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

11.4 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure.

12.1 Complaints Procedure: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 14 days.

12.2 Resolution: We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may seek independent dispute resolution or legal advice.
